Is the password required to boot to any device or is it only required to access the BIOS? If you can boot up without the password then get the latest BIOS and put it on a bootable USB drive along with the appropriate flash tool (usually comes with the BIOS image). Boot to USB and run the BIOS update, this should remove any passwords stored in the current BIOS.
Some BIOS files only come in an exe which has to be ran from an OS. In this case you can boot to a live OS or try plugging in a HDD with an OS installed then run the update from there.
If you cannot do anything without the requirement for a password then you will need to look up where the CMOS jumper pads are on the board to clear out the old BIOS and password. Alternatively you could call Acer tech support and see what they can do over the phone, they may have a master reset password or a challenge and response code.
EDIT: Apparently updating the BIOS may not clear the password, perhaps sign up to a free trial here:
