Need to borrow a Palm PDA

Ello all, i've been trying to enable the usb movie function on my LG 42LD450 TV for a few weeks now without success, but just came across this video on youtube...

Seems simple enough but i need a Palm PDA, does anyone have one i can borrow please

or point me towards a cheapish one.

Obviously i'll pay for postage.

Not the same model but I did mine using a N95, can't remember the name of the program though.

Ok thanks for that, was it that same TV model?

No mate, was a 42pq2000 but the ideas exactly the same, just using the remote to put the tv in service mode.

Nice one, wish i'd kept my N95 now lol, i'll have a look round for one.

I have an HP iPaq somewhere if that would do mate?

I've still got the n95, I used the sd card for something for the kids but I think I copied everything off first. If I can find the backup and the battery still holds a charge you can borrow this if you like mate.

I think it was, I was confusing myself because I spent ages trying to get Noviiremote to work on a PDA and that was the name that stuck in my head.

I've stuck the phone on charge, I'll dig the backup out today.

Just to update, i got this to work using the n95 Neilb kindly lent to me, many thanks mate, and thanks for everyone else's input.

My daughter has the exact same tv, just done hers too
