Sadly, a jammer will not improve their taste in music. If they are not talking on it, they are playing their fat toones.
and if you get caught using it possible jail sentence / large fine
are they small enough to put in your pocket? Would love one at hand on the walk to and from work whenever i see some twat driving while using one.
They can also effect emergency services radio and possibly pace makers. IMO further testing needs to be carried out. But agree with tested devices on tube, train, cinema, restaurants, in relevant areas

I've got one from dx.. terminitating established calls can only be done at close range really.. apparently making the connection requires far more *power* and once on a call the *power* drops.. (obviously stuggling to remember correct terminology)
..but in a nut shell, it's far easier to block signals than to cut-off a call in progress - I found this out by experience and looked up the reason at the time (few months back now like)
pain in the ar$e really.. everytime I wanted to shop me pals me new toy I'd effectively block my own bloody mobile, lol.. never used it for a while tbh.

Me too. Neat bit of kit. But as said, activating during a call basically silences it(appears to leaved line open) ..But using before a call kills all reception..
Doesn't work with all uk networks out of the box, BUT, it can be modded to do so
iirc there's 3 pots inside, and if you have a freq counter it helps
Any info on the mods Doughboy? I only ever got the one I played with to work reliably on GSM900 frequencies - even after I'd taken the 3G antenna apart (the cap fell off it first) and found it was only about an inch long piece of copper wire and not even soldered into the base) and resoldered it the 3G/ 1800/1900 Mhz stuff was very poor. almoset had to have the blocker next to the handset for any noticable effect)
If you open it up you should see some potentiometers. Adjusting these will affect the output frequency. This is where you need a frequency counter, so you can see what is being emitted by your jammer.
