Sinus surgery

The Mrs had this done last year, the nostril passage in one side was very small.

Don't think it was day surgery. iirc she was in for 2 nights. Bled like a bitch, even after a week.

She said it was very painfull, and compared it to childbirth.^_^

i had similar done last year. my right side nasal cavity was small due to a broken nose from years ago. it had to be scraped and drilled and widened. it was horrible. i had tampax up there as well as the awful plastic sewed to my septum. i couldnt breathe through my nose for 2 weeks due to the massive clots of blood blocking them. if i picked them off it bled for ages. all the pain, and it was pain, was worth it in the end. no more headaches and i can actully breathe up both sides. but it was agony for me.

I had my allergy test today and found out I have hayfever, im allergic to grass and bed mites(?).

The nurse was surprised i hadnt suffered from any of these. I asked for symptoms and she said, stuffy nose, flem, possible sneezing..i told her ive been living like that 24/7 for the past 16 years

I got my pre-surgery assessment next month on the 11th followed by surgery on the 27th..bring on the pain
