Bulletstorm working on my 360

My console plays ap25 games without having to patch the iso's, but until today i've been unable to play Bulletstorm because it asks to update my console, and having read on the net that this Bulletstorm update stops AP25 games from working i held back.

Got home today and thought fook it i'm going for it, tried to update from the disk and the update bombs out half way through, so instead i grabbed the 12625 update from

Stuck it on my fat32 usb stick and updated, and wella, Bulletstorm works

and more importantly my AP25 games still work

Anyhow i know macmilm and one or two members where curious about this update, so hope this helps.

I've not got round to trying the new update on Homefront yet.

Thats a bit o good news mate.... one question though how are yo able to play ap25 games???
Is it due to firmware LT+ e.t.c or due to the beta updates from early connect games(this is how i do it)
Wonder if this update works for just one method.

Console was updated via the kinect update method you mention, which allowed me to play ap25 games, then i just followed the method i described to get bulletstorm to work.
