Best FPS Lan Games For Office PC's?

Hi guys we have been playing COD 1 for what seems like an eternity on our office PC's at lunchtimes and we need something new. The PC's are all running fairly basic onboard graphics cards but are well stacked with 4gb ram and Core 2 Duo processors at least.

Were looking for FPS games like COD if possible, the newer CODS will not run unfortunately, any suggestions?

Unreal Tournament... I've got the GOTY CDROM somewhere that I keep exactly for this purpose.

Quake 3 team arena!

Counter-Strike or Team Fortress 2 are always good fun.

Quake II - missions can be played in co-op mode.

Also counter strike Portable, played it at college on there network and they have very poor pc's and could run it fine.

When I started at my new job they were playing MOH:AA (Medal of Honour: Allied Assault) but after caning it for so long we decided for a change and now we play COD: United Offensive. It runs on all our machines even with lack of GFX cards and is definately a step up in graphics and overall quality to MOHAA.
