    Default another whine

FFS I purchased a new TV from tesco not 3 weeks ago now they have the fucking thing for a £100 quid less than i paid for it!!!

there should be a frigging rule that if the price drops within 28 days after purchase then the customer can get a refund!!

    tossers!!!

Only in Britain….do we use the word “politics” to describe the process of Government. “Poli” in Latin meaning “many” and “tics” meaning “bloodsucking
    creatures”

Same thing happened when i bought my LG 42 LED around Xmas.
I took it straight back saying it made a buzzing noise afer been switched for for an hour or so.
Took the refund and then collected same TV cheaper same day.
    £149 up!

Call in and feel them out, tell them you have a fault and require a refund.

I was thinking it's retail law for the shop to deal with problems direct within 28 days rather than passing you off to the OEM?

    I never understand this tbh..

if you were happy with paying the price you paid for it at the time then what's the issue ?

Especially with high end tech, whatever you pay today it'll be less in the future, wether it's hours, days or weeks.

You buy a gadget (games console, computer, phone, tv, bluray player etc.), it'll almost always be less somewhere soon.

There is actually a law about this iirc. Ask in the legal section but if the rrp is dropped within a certain amount of time after your purchase I seem to remember something about compensation being available due to an EU law.

yeah i know what your saying doesent make it any less annoying that only a few weeks later its £100 quid cheaper! if its a year later what the hell but 3 weeks!

all worked out well in the end, infact I ended up being even better off than the £100 difference
