Im a relatively young guy, and for a couple of years now Ive had trouble getting it up, or maintaining it. Must admit, I dont exercise a lot, and the condition does come and go. Sometimes everything works just fine, other times, well its like playing snooker with a rope.

Most people Ive spoke to say its psychological, which makes sense, because everytime it happens its a downer, but another part of me thinks, if i exercise more it may help.

more info... ok.. well im not overweight, blood pressure is normal (just been to docs for a checkup), i dont smoke, i dont drink heavily. i would say the only other stress is my life is debt, but that is being paid off at a regular and steady pace, another 2 years until its clear.
