Autodata 3.24

Going to ask here as it is car software but is anyone using version 3.24 cd3.
I have it running but it is very very slow.
Tried on 2 machines,both the same.
One only has a P4 and 512 ram so i thought this was the issue,but the other is a Dual Core with 3 Gig ram and if anything the dualcore is worse. (both 32 )

Anyone here got this version and having speed issues with it.
Or am i missing something silly.

Works fine for me on a i5 quad core and a P4 3.06Ghz HT rig. I have 2GB RAM using XP in the P4 and 4GB RAM using W7 in the i5.

can confirm it runs slow on my work machine p4 1gb of ram win xp

How slow are we talking? There is minor lag from section to section but nothing I would be concerned with. Perhaps mine is as slow as all of yours.

This is not a Minor lag between screens its a hell of a big lag of around a minute or more.
But as a lot are having speed issues i'm less concerned and will use the old version for now.I think it is a lot worse on Win 7 with 3 gig,well 4 gig but 32 bit only uses 3.Might try XP on the dual core for a look at it.
