    Default Cooking Ribs

I just picked up a rack of ribs and some sauce for them at Morrisons. How on earth do I cook these things so they're not tough?

Low heat for a long time, they'll fall off the bone then.

As above. Put them in a large pan and pour in some hot boiling water. Add salt and pepper and boil till they start to come away from the bone. Once at this state empty contents of water and add the sauce. cook for another 20 minutes on low heat.

Boil or steam them for a while 1st then grill, BBQ or bake em.

I saw an ep of Man v Food where they covered them in sugar and spices, put them on a rack in a baking tray, filled the tray with enough water so the ribs were just above the water line, covered the tray with foil and put in the oven for 2 hours (topping up the water as it dried out), then grilled/bbq'd with a sticky glaze. He said you could suck the meat off the bone after that.
I treat them a lot like an Xmas ham now after seeing that, boil them with some flavour in the water and make up a glaze to pour over them on the bbq or in the oven to finish them off.

This looks good if you haven't got a smoker:
