Help Convert DVD's to view on PSP

    Guys,

I have looked back a year or so and I cant find an answer to this already.

I have a few PSP's lying round, one I know is hacked but I havent touched it for a year now. What I want to do is copy some DVD's of my litte ones and convert them so that he can watch them on a PSP, really to keep him occupied while we fly to spain next month. I have only ever used the PSP's for games so I havent watch a film on them. I have scoured the web and found many recomendations but no difinitive answer form a respected source.. hence the post..

So what is the best app for converting a DVD to PSP.. not an avi file but a full DVD..

Also will I be able to play the file generated on the hacked and unhacked PSP??

    Many thanks

    Freak

loads of converting progs have options to output for the psp, i think its just mpeg4 or something. Try an app called psp video 9, seem to recall using that once.

plenty of games that may keep them better occupied though and hacking the PSP is VERY simple now.

Mite be worth checking if the airline allows the kids to use the psp on short flights before you start messing about, some dont.

Total video converter, find it at your nearest nzb site.
Only in Britain….do we use the word “politics” to describe the process of Government. “Poli” in Latin meaning “many” and “tics” meaning “bloodsucking
    creatures”

Yeah I remember using that when I had a PSP a few years ago. Very easy to use as I recall and bangs it all out in the right format for PSP so no messing about if you're unsure of the whole process.

    How i do it...

Rip the DVD to your hard drive with DVD Decrypter, in 'IFO mode', make sure you select the file with the longest run time, that's usually the movie.
Then convert to PSP with AVS Video Converter.

There's a easy to follow guide here...

This is how i do mine anyway
