wii 4.3E problem

Right been handed a wii on 4.3E, this has the homebrew channel and gx usb loader installed. Lad said he had it done for him but its not working right. I.E the usb loader isnt working, so can i have a look.

Not sure if im getting the full truth here because he should have taken it back to him and the fact i found a memory card with mod files in the sd slot tells me he was having a go. Anyway when trying to load the usb loader from the sd card it tells me i need to install cIOS 222 and 249 unstubbed. now ive never done a 4.3E but if its already got the homebrew channel on i should be able to install from there?
so where can i get these files from etc.? and is there a guide to doing it?

there is a waninkoko installer to sort out cISO222, it may work, there are all in one packages too, the names of which fail me but usually if you google one thing, the others follow eventually. Its been so long since I've done one I cant really be of much more help, this is the path I'd take though.

thanks for that. I was able to get the information i needed from that.
Seems i already had all the files i needed on the sd card just needed to do a network install. serching for waninkoko installer linked me to reinstalling cios 222 v4 and 249 v9+ unstubbed. That got me a guide to what top do.
