    Help RV holiday in USA

I'm considering this next year or maybe the year after. Had a look online and seems long winded (I'm lazy). But then again the finding and sorting out bit could be a challenge I need. I think from Orlando and finish in Vegas, if I can find a company who does one way etc. Unsure if this is a kids too holiday or just me n the missus?

I went from New York to Orlando and back up, over 3500 miles of driving but it was the best holiday I ever had. I took my dad, brother (was 14) and my ex and we all had a great time. The only issue is if you have a argument etc there's no where to cool off. I threaten
to dump my ex in the middle of no where lol

Orlando to Vegas is a hell of a long drive.

When I did a driving holiday in the USA, Google maps was invaluable. Had all my directions and timings sorted out before I went.

    Thanks to Geko

It's something I'd love to do and even started planning but as we were thinking about it, 4 of us (mates and my bird at the time) went in a camper to a few parts of the UK and then over to France for a fortnight.
I think if I hadn't known I could fuck off at any time and get on a plane home, I'd have gone berserk. In fact, one of us did just that. Had us drive him to Charles De Gaulle airport and fucked off to Spain.
The feeling of claustrophobia and just wanting to piss off on our own all the time for some space and to calm down kinda ruined it for us all.
I think it'd be way different now with the wife and kids though, but I'd say the age of your kids would play a big part.
If you did just you and the missus I think you'd have a ball, but a shame for the nippers to miss out if they're old enough to see a bit of the World and enjoy it.

I'd say do the west coast and the surrounding areas. You can take as long as you want and explore the area well. Or do it in a week and just do a few stops in california.

I'd start at Seattle and work my way down. Take a month or 2. Maybe even finish in Tijuana.
