R4 SDHC Dual-Core and DSIXL

Hi. I've just got an R4 SDHC Dual Core for my DSI XL. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the firmware and the way I need to put it onto the card? I'm using the 'Wood' firmware on my R4 card to use on my little ones DS Lite. Is there anything similar for the XL?

the wood firmware works on most R4 cards but you may need to update the card (using a DS lite) before it will work on the DSi.
