pls help with bricked wii on 4.1

installed a 4.1 theme and when i restarted wii it just comes up with japanese writing and hangs there, i think it is bricked can any one help please

its not bricked since it turns on and shows the text. I'm not sure what the problem is though as i dunno how or what the theme is you have used. You should be able to sort it using the gamecube pad trick though.

thanks 909, can count on you for repling, i was able to press power and reset and get to the system hack menu where i booted to homebrew channel then loaded mod manager and was able to install 4.1 E again every thing is fine now...but is there any site i can download 4.1 E themes that will work ok with my wii.

cool, you sorted it in the end. as for themes, I didnt even know you could apply themes

Modmii gives you the option of installing themes doesn't it and then downloads them for you....i've always just skipped the theme option but it's there.
