Guess you can just learn by it mate, I would take that lesson from it myself. As for neg feedback, I would think a lot of people, like me, may well look at feedback regardless of powerseller or otherwise and imo, as long as the majority is good, I will buy unless it's something really expensive because most people know you get wankers who are never happy, whether it's ebay or otherwise.

If they do neg you can always comment on the neg anyway. I did someone recently who commented back. She was still a cunt though and her next buyer did the same.

    Cheers lads,

Well i've sent the biatch the above email anyway, lets see what she says. In her first message to me when she complained she even put this:

"Now I didnt expect a perfect watch for the price but I did expect it to match the description, sadly I feel its a bit of a let down!!"

I don't get this, my item description states the watch is brand new, which they are, yet she wasn't expecting a perfect watch for the price?

Apologise, take the £3 on the chin, then catch your huge morning turd in a box, tape it up and send to the same address.

She can't even spell right "waist instead of waste".
    Call her bluff.
I used to sell on ebay but found the cheaper you are the worst the customer is.
It is all favoured for the buyer.
You will get power status by putting her lame emails in your selling page.
Don't put her name , just the facts. be real, people can see the genuine people.

Well well well, after I asked for a picture of the marks I finally got this reply today!
Dear dannyboywalsall,Hi Danny,Sorry for the delay in my reply! I have managed to get the black marks off the back of the strap, I did try to take a photo of this but I couldnt get it to show very clearly on my camera. Anyway, I have managed, as I say to clean these off with a bit of elbow grease so I am happy On my other point with the face of the watch, I have made a bit of an error.....you will say to yourself "Typical woman" when you read this...I am blonde too lol...so once I got home last night I had another look at the watch face & in the correct light I noticed there was a piece of protective film over it which was why it looked like it had been damaged!!! What a plonker!!!Anyway, with this all said I am now wearing the watch very happyily. I think my emails to you were perhaps a little in haste, it must have been the initial dissapointment that shadowed my judgement. All the best for future endeavours.Linzi

I would stick fast, fuck the negative as we all get them from cunts.

There seems to be a rash of this happeneing at the minute, i have had LOADS of this happening and everytime i just said "Im ever so sorry you have had a problem, i cannot understand this as the item was tested and marked before despatch, in this instance please send it back to me so i can send this back to my supplier and i will gladly refund your monies in full or replace it free"

do not make the mistake of offering her a partial refund m8, this is exactly why its such a problem on ebay at the minute, buyers know they have you over a barrell, so dont do it, follow my advice above and if you get a neg - dont worry. you will feel happy knowing that you did not roll over/

ps: make sure its clear she is responsible for all return postage to you

in every one ive dealt with the above reply has been met with "Oh its ok its working now" or "its ok ill keep this one thank you".

    DONT OFFER HER PARTIAL REFUND

i posted the above before reading the update - just goes to show i am right. i do not think she was stupid in any way, its a massive thing currently. its either a social thing where people are trying to save as much as they can or there is a website or forum out there which is telling people to do this.

now shes happy, wait a few months and take some pictures of yourself wiping your cock over the strap of an identical watch, tell her your bellend is so abrasive sometimes it causes little scuffs.

Similar happened to me a couple of months ago. Followed Det's advice and the problem got solved - NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.
eBay is full of this shit these days - the reason I no longer flog anything on there.

Tried to do a boot sale a couple of weeks ago for the first time in 10 years.
That was also an eye-opening experience.

Nice one for not folding though Dannyboy. Tempting to just give in at the sake of your feedback rating init.

@malty normally i would agree BUT when i buyer send an email from ebay saying item not s described and then says they will keep the 'damaged' item as long as (and these are 2 recent emails i had" the postage was refunded OR i offer an ammicable settlement.

the giveaway comes when they dont want to send it back to you.
