Transit 2.5 1997 compression test.... Bought a kit, but cant work it out lol...

Got a boat with this engine in..Wipped the injectors out for testing, so bought a kit to test compression, was told it would do the job...But makes no sence..A pic of injector.And the kit ive got..

Remove all injectors, screw an adapter into the injector thread (if you don't have one that fits in your kit then you can buy one for your engine) when fitted turn over the engine a few seconds read off and note the psi, do same for the other cylinders, not sure what the compression should be although a small difference in cylinders is acceptable.
