Ebay fees question

I am listing an item with multiple variations.
eg

small =10
medium=15
large =18
fees are normally 10% so should be £1,£1.50 and £1.80
but this is what comes up
: Based on your fixed price, you will be charged a final value fee of £1.80 for each item that sells?

Surely it should be £1,£1.50 and £1.80 depending what sells?

Anybody listed items with variations?

I think ebay will just charge you for that particular variation. EG If the £10 variation sells, the FVF will just be £1.00. They can't charge you more than 10%

This is what's on ebay's page. Although it doesn't explain much.

What are the Final Value Fees for multi-variation listings?
Final Value Fees for each transaction on any variation are the same as for any other multi-quantity Fixed Price listing for the category.

When you list using MVL ebay will show you the highest possible final value fee for that listing.

It will still be the same percentage of the final price.
