abuse last night

So the game crashed out on us on last night on fifa clubs

proceeded to get the worst abuse i ever seen in voice messages, so i have phoned M$ and demanded they get banned, as my acc is family one, it has daughter and partners name on it, the messages they was sending about my daughter/partner and racial remarks made my blood boil.

Hopefully they get banned, they deserve to burn in hell for the stuff they was sending because they guessed we had crashed the game? it actually resumed play after 5 mins, they was totally wrong, yet still the abuse carried on, would actually consider visiting them over this in person

Why didn't you just block them after the first message? Also why would you put your daughters and partners name on your profile?

We do normally take it as banter but there are some dickheads out there that can and do take things way to far! I'm with War on this one, phoning MS is the only way to get someone an immediate ban after the accused have taken the 'banter' that step too far because the reporting facilities on live are toss.

Names are on the account because it a family account and we all play it, it is in the family zone, trust me the stuff that was said warranted reporting, anyone else in the same position would have done what i did, skum like this needs reporting

when you get a voice message about doing unthinkable things to a 12 year old girl out of the blue for no reason it does tend to make you mad, no other message just that at the first instance

Exactly why I stopped playing online, its full of pricks, not many decent gamers left. It's sad really.
