Just signed up. Played the trial of Warhammer before I gave any details over, but very, very impressed.

Bought Deus Ex Augmented ed. for a quid, which includes the original

It depends on the speed of your wireless connection. You may experience higher lag on wireless bit you should be able to have about 25mbit of bandwidth with 802.11G (higher with N) with a good signal so you should be fine, unless you're on BT Infinity or VM 50mbit.

    Thanks to stimpy

Bit thin on games atm but enough to keep me happy. Free console deal is a must atm and it runs smooth as a nun's patella on Virgin 50mb.

Tag is Ubergaz if you want to add me.

im on sky broadband and get about 6mbps will try on the wired machine tonight

is it worth getting the box that plugs into the tv?

what controllers is everybody using when playing on the big screen?

for me this is a great way of playing some decent pc games without spending all that money on a pc rig

I wanted The Batman Game so have bought that with the free system, got to be worth a punt, I'm thinking of losing the 360 anyway and making Onlive my default.

The console comes with a controller which is good, or you can use a 360 controller either wired or with the wireless dongle they released for windows machines

You can only get the console free with a Batman preorder. You can get the preorder cheaper by taking a one month Playpack as that gives 30% off your pre order, saved me about 8 quid total on my sr3 order and you can cancel the play pack order after one month

No you can't get your pre order as your £1 game

I'd sign up and see how it runs on your line, play a few free demos and perhaps buy something for the quid offer.

Just be warned, if you pre order batman first it appears that you loose your first game for £1
Same with if you buy the £6.99 pack first, you loose your £1 game.
So make sure you get your £1 game in first, or else you might loose it.

    Cheers

Just splashed out a whole golden nugget on Homefront. Hoping to try it out over the weekend as long as I get my PS3 controller working on my PC.

I've been very pleasantly surprised at the quality on my Revo up through the 40' Sony, very nice indeed but then I guess streaming video is just what the Revo is designed for.
