If you say "From now on call me (say a name)" Siri will address you by the said name until you change it.

On the back of what Scottio says, ask Siri "what is my name" and it should bring up your own contact details. It couldn't understand 'crazyal and kept saying 'Crazy Owl' so I went into my contact details and edited my Nickname. That did the trick.

Also a good one is "show [contact] details"
