Child finds lump of cannabis in Newbury KFC, puts it in mouth

A 17-month-old toddler picked up a piece of cannabis she found in a KFC nappy-changing room and put it in her mouth, horrifying her mother.

When Stacey Rush spotted her child sucking on the drug, she quickly removed it and complained to the manager, who merely offered her a Fruit Shoot drink to wash out the child's mouth.
The mother-of-two told the Daily Mail that the manager at the Wharf Road, Newbury, branch of the fast food chain in Berkshire said 'it happens all the time' and there was nothing he could do about it.
'I didn't spot it but then I saw Lily had something in her mouth. When I realised it was cannabis I felt sick,' she said.
'It was all over the floor mixed with tobacco. What if she had swallowed it?'
A KFC spokesman told the newspaper that the chain had apologised to Ms Rush for her experience.
'We take hygiene very seriously in all of our stores, and our toilets are cleaned every half an hour,' he said.
'We are currently investigating the substance to determine what it was, and have reminded staff at our Newbury restaurant to be extra-vigilant in the future.'

'It happens all the time' - WTF! Do they mean people leave bud in the toilet or babys eat it. Either way if it happens all the time then you need to clean even more regularly or do something about it.

this to me pisses me off, more than anything and not just because of the obvious but for three reasons:

1: the mother needs to watch her baby at all times, its not hard to do. they instinctively put things in their mouth and will eat anything. this is why gary glitter is trying to have a family.

2: the cunts who skinned up in the baby changer need to have their teeth knocked out, its because of stoneheads like that, which cause kids deaths

3: The manager ought to have it checked and cleaned and a sign putting up on the toilet door, there is no excuse for this.

meh, another complete non-story like that Mr f*** off one:

i) kids smoke cannabis in public
ii) 'litter' dropped in fast food restaurant inbetween predetermined cleaning checks
iii) kid puts something in mouth

Would have been better if the manager wasn't so blas� though.

Not from cannabis no (i cant remember the amount required in your body for it to turn toxic but it was a fucking shitload)

but maybe from choking on it, it didnt state if it was bud/hash/resin but either could get stuck in a baby's throat
