Good evening all. Had a statement in and it appears that the vip payment of £25 has been taken twice from me, can some one check this and refund me please. thankyou

He's already paid to support the forum once so i think thats a bit unfair. Im skint at ths mo and if £25 came out of my account that i wasnt expecting id be getting bank charges.

I think only Raptor handles the VIP side of things, best bet is to get the 2 Paypal transaction codes showing the 2 payments and PM Raptor with the full details.

this will only ever happen if you have 2 separate subscriptions so you need to cancel one of them - i dont have access to that info as its in yur own PP account

I was able to cancel the 15th nov one. the 10th nov one is still active.

i refunded the 15th nov sub.

just be aware that we didnt take any extra funds - you had two separate subscriptions that only you could have made.
