Ebay seller issue

I bought 2 digital presents from the same seller. Both arrived but one didn't work properly. Contacted seller and they said just send it back cheap as possible and they will get a replacement straight out to me. Sent mine and waited a while before hearing anything. So contacted seller asking if they had sent out theirs asap as promised. They said they had, so waited a while, still nothing. (Never had anything go missing before). Contacted seller and they said its unusual for one to go missing but they would send out another immediately first class. One has arrived, same fault (probably the same one) but with no box or anything this time.

Now seller is saying they checked and posted it out complete, but its only arrived just the unit in a jiffy!!! Seems like i have the same duff one back minus all the box & accessories.

Is this a straight forward contact ebay one???

open a dispute...item not working.

if they ignore the dispute or dont satisfy you then a refund will be given.
