    Help exFAT file system on WD Elements usb drive

    hi
    I just grabbed a USB WD Elements 750gig drive to use with my softmodded wii but the only option other than NTFS is exFAT?
    can I format in exFAT and it will work?..

    you need fat32 for cfg usb loader

    right for some reason I cannot get my drive working..I managed it once on an old 20gig drive and have formatted to FAT32 and WBFS using above utility and WiiBackup manager & WBFS manager!
    I know I'm doing something wrong cause I've managed it once! bloody hell!

    any ideas.. or idiots step by step please? it's pissing me off now!

    aahh.. i think I know what i've done..lol..forgot to put the usb loader files etc to the hard drive..doh!

    Format fat32
    Create a folder /wbfs
    Put game folders in wbfs folder
    Or extract game isos with wii game mngr to wbfs folder

    I am using cfg usb loader from the Hd so I will need to add them too (I think!) lol..

    erm, i thought that cfg usb loader worked from the /app folder on the sd card either via a forwarder or via HBC

    wouldn't know! but that's how I got the other drive to work?
    gonna test it on the new drive now..
