Download wbfs manager, format the stick to wbfs with that, then use it to add your ISO to the newly formatted stick

All you need to do is stick the iso on a usb drive and then load it with a usb loader on the wii

I use ntfs drive and have cfg usb loader pick the iso's up?

Fat32 will only allow 4 gig files - as a lot of games are over 4 gig a bit useless?

The file size is reduced when you convert from iso to wbfs, some crap games may be 4.3 gig as an iso but become 200 meg when converted to wbfs

For larger games wii game manager can split the file into 4gig blocks.
