There used to be a thread around here with some great links to DVD cover and Label sites.. Any links to either that thread or any sites people care to recommend?

use megasearch m8 it will search all the cover sites and you will soon narrow those sites down to a few fave ones.

i use http://www.customaniacs.org/ 100 credits for £4 works out about 40/50 covers and is worth it for the quality.

www.euphoricfx.org is free i think, some very nice covers go up there along with the ones i create also... all 300 dpi hires covers.

The best cover site out there though is www.hirescovers.net (subscription based) but you get unlimited downloads with a massive amount of covers to choose from and better than the credit system
the majority of other coversites use.

i used to have my finger in the cover pie and designed quite a few on customaniacs and r1db (if thats still going), to be honest, if you are doing the covers for 'friends' I wouldnt put much effort into it as they are usually happy with any old shite (judging my the amount of shite thats out there).

I did all my covers to a high standard, on thick matt paper for about 4 years and ended up with 6 shelves of beautifully presented DVDs, then I got a HTPC and ended up giving them all to me Dad.
