Just to update the thread..Monitors were dropped off today. However it seems like the stands and cables for both monitors are missing.. I should have known better then to trust Dell. I have asked Whatnow if he can wait till Monday to see if replacements can be ordered. If not then I'll arrange collection and proceed with full refund.

as an aside; I'm still adjusting to having so many pixels in front of me!
