Attention Remove YouTube Viewing and Search History Before Google's New Privacy Policy kicks in

How to Remove Your YouTube Viewing and Search History Before Google's New Privacy Policy Takes Effect

I read about this on a news website last night and for those with Google accounts I think this is worth implementing.

Here's a link which takes you through step by step.

    This one for youtube history

This one is for Google History

    Definately well worth a read.

The article for the google part is dated 2006! They've already had 5 years worth out of you. I'm sure they've got a pretty good idea of the sort of person you are by now!

@cassy34 the information is for removing search history from your google account, if you have a google account you have a choice to opt out and remove previous history, although they will hold search information in future it won't be indefinitely if you opt out. I don't have a google account but I know people who do who knew nothing of this and have used the information I come across to give them a little reassurance about online privacy. The article from 2006 is a link to a white paper with tips for online privacy which they say still remains relevant.
