Are there any rips/tears in the leather band that goes over your head?

If not I'll have them for £70.

I have the X41's and use them most nights, is there much of an improvement?

Only got them today so not had chance to really give them a workout, the main reason I upgraded was to remove the wire between controller and headset.

    Thanks to Bald Bouncer

Received yesterday but haven't tried them as I didn't check my AV lead, I use a component lead that has no optical out. Went to Gamestation this morning, picked up a dvd case that had the lead on the cover only to be told they don't stock them. Why have them on the bloody shelf then?

Anyway, does anyone know where I can walk into a shop and buy an official microsoft component AV lead?

You can come out of the optical on the back of your TV if you have one

I have no digital optical on my tv or 360 and just connect my x41's using the audio RCA cable with the visual going to the tv. A poor mans connection but I can't complain as the headset has really impressed me.

Was going to do that but kind of defeats the object of having them. I may as well gone for the X31s if I do that.

Have you had chance to give the delta's a good test Baldbouncer?

I'm thinking of upgrading at some point and it would be nice to know what your thoughts are on the Deltas compared to x41's?

I find they are lighter the pre-sets are good to flick through depending on the game I'm playing, the sound adjustment on voice and in game is far more precise, I have messed with the editor (see below) but only to voice change and change the voice command voice to someone off MW3, for me the main advantage is the liberation of having the bluetooth dongle removing the need for a connecting wire between headset and controller. The only bad point I can see is the price

    Thanks to Bald Bouncer
