Unlocking Motorola Razr

Hi,

father-in-law has just switched to giffgaff, but has lost the use of his lokced and ancient Orange Motorola Razr. Does anyone have any unlock codes fr this or tips to permenantly unlock this from Orange

Your help is appreciated on this one as he really doesn't like the Nokia that I have replaced his Razr with.
