I bought one with a broken dvd drive for £5 - with the 120gb HD still in it - still need to fix it for an online box as my fat is still on 3.55.

With the economy the way it is all technology prices have been falling through the floor.

Samsung tvs for £300, HTC Evo for £210, that sort of thing.

A great time to buy if you have the cash!

    Shooooooo-ryuken!

60gb phat never had a problem and even quiet as a mouse, and the £5 slim is a slim so no worries there except needing a new bdrom.

I just think all the extra hassle to get a 'special' PS3 to even play newer games (eboots etc) compared to 360 has put people off, hence low prices to shift stock.

yep especially with the recent RGH hack, 360 is best option if you want an offline box with all the tricks

Isn't it because Game/Gamestation are in financial trouble? A mate picked up a matte black 360 slim, kinect and a bunch of games, 2 wireless controllers with plug and charge kits for £200 just over a week ago in Gloucester.
