      Tech Samsung Galaxy ace - pass code lock problem

      Hi all,
      My friends child has messed around with her Samsung Galaxy Ace and subsequently entered the wrong lock code too many times.

      Whats the best way to get round this? 3 told her to take it to car phone warehouse who said they could send it off for 28 days or take to a store to get it flashed. Both options aren't too convenient for her.
      Can i flash it or get it working again?

      Edit: hard reset is easy to do by holding power and menu buttons. Closing thread.
