can any one tell me a good website to watch all tv shows but without loads of ads and stopping all time fed up with downloading them all

Can you not set up sabnzbd with sickbeard to automagically grab the new episodes as the come out and store them sensibly instead of doing it all manually?

I set up a NAS with this and using the apple TV as a header I get to watch direct on the tv screen with the only input from me being the shows title.

could do but most of the news groups are pay groups

And most of the new series are on pay tv channels. Newsgroups aren't massively expensive considering what you can get back from them. Horses for courses I suppose, but nothing in this life is free.
