    No, its real. Got it working on my Wii today. It runs but its too laggy to "play". Might be because my SD card is too slow. I read a 16 page thread over on GBATemp (http://gbatemp.net/topic/328529-quad...al-by-crediar/) but am still none the wiser. When I switched from a 8MB/sec read card to a 16MB/sec read card I noticed a slight improvement. Then when I reformatted the card using a 64kb cluster size (FAT32) I noticed another huge improvement.. but still a noticeable little lag, fraction of a second, every few secs - quite offputting.

    Mario Kart GP 1 runs on this too, not just GP 2.

    Here are some crappy photos I took of it running on my 50" plasma.





    Mario Kart GP2 works great in the Triforce branch of the Wii emu "Dolphin". As well as forcing the game to run in higher resolutions you can enable a widescreen hack (original game runs in 4:3).
