Pearl Jam - Ten (all tracks are good on this one)
4 Non Blondes - Bigger, Better, Faster, More
Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction
    Metallica - Black Album
    RHCP - Californication
Foo Fighters - Impossible to name one, so I will just say all their albums
The Butterfly Effect - Begins Here
    Nada Surf - High/Low
    JJ72 - JJ72
    Stone Temple Pilots - Core

There would of course be many many more, some of them I see here, Incubus, Smashing Pumpkins, Queen, Alphaville etc. Strange that we don't see any Beatles albums here.
EDIT: Just noticed prezzy has one
“If I asked you to have sex with me, would the answer to that question be the same as the answer to this question?”

My musical taste is very fluid, but the few I keep coming back to time after time are...

    Pearl Jam - Ten
Guns n Roses - Appetite for destruction
    Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
The Streets - Original Pirate Material
    Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack
    Placebo - Sleeping With Ghosts
    Substance - New Order
Megadeth - So Far So Good So What

And my Guilty Pleasure which I absolutely adore

Joss Stone - Mind Body and Soul

To many others to mention but this is off the top of my rather hungover head
