Along with the EVOD also look at the protank, holds more liquid but does the same job. Uses the same atomiser heads as well. Another thing to look at is a variable voltage or variable power device as some liquids taste better at higher or lower voltages

Have a go at rebuilding them, I'll send you some silica and wire if you want some mate. They're a lot better than stock heads

This is for a MT3 but they're basically the same as evods and protanks

Most ecig sites well wick and wire, but they often sell regular glass fibre as silica as they don't know the difference. I run a site that sells the stuff but in the spirit of DF I'd rather give you guys some for free than pimp my wares.

What you need for evod heads is 2mm silica for the main wick that the wire goes round and some 1mm silica which you lay a single strand of over the top. The manufacturers call it the flavour wick but it stops flooding and bubbling allegedly. Some people use just 3mm silica and don't bother with the 1mm strand but using both 2mm adn 1mm is how the stock heads come.

You use 4 or 5 winds of wire.

5 winds of 0.20mm kanthal will give you around 1.8-2.0ohms.
5 winds of 0.17mm kanthal is more around 2.4-2.6ohms.

If you want to increase the resistance of any given coil you add a wind, to lower the resistance you take one off.

It is well easy to do after a few go's and a loooot better than using the cack wick that comes as standard

I'm getting a restock of 2mm silica next week so I'll sort you out a goodie bag if you want to give it a go

rebuild is great idea, just remember to add i bit of juice to the new wick before you put it back together as it stops the burn taste when you 1st use it..im vaping whisky with a hint of mint atm, nice

I have been mixing my own Juice, I Black Belt got all the stuff and we split it, it works out at about £3.20 for 30mil and fairly straight forward to do plus you can get exactly the mix you want.

a nice fag, a lovely ciggie??!! Nan has smoked from 13 to 83 and still going strong. 20-40 Gold B&H a day.

Its not a health warning its social control....youll have your confirmation when E-cigs are banned in public places.

Fags, drink and pubs in a highly social area is highly frowned upon for some reason

The 2mm silica is arriving tomorrow, so anyone that want's a an evod / nova rebuild pack pm me your address and I'll get them out on tuesday.

Novas are rebuilt exactly the same way just without the 1mm strand. When you PM let me know if you require 0.20mm kanthal for 1.8ohm heads or 0.17mm kanthal for 2.4ohm ones.

The social control is taking £15 quid a day off people and keeping them on the breadline. They'll have us all for tax in the end on eliquids and 'licensed' ecigs.

Was using an EVOD but had to change as sick of it leaking and spitting liquid up into my mouth.
However did find the EVOD 1000% better than the useless Evo Type C head.
Using an iClear now and finding it much better.

But overall am extremely disappointed with the entire eCig experience.
Almost all the liquids I've bought taste virtually the same, only the menthol seems to have any kick but little taste and the vape just doesn't seem all that great.

Most of the stuff I've bought has come from Smokers Exit.

Anyone recommend any kit that's decent?

was it a genuine EVOD?, i have 2 & a clone one, never had a problem with genuine but the clone sometimes leak, all the ones on fleebay seem to be clones, no evod markings on them at all.

Until you have given up the fags for a month, they will all taste the same, because your taste buds are fooked.

Give it time, and your notice the different flavours.
