    Attention Brain Training

I found this site this morning and am enjoying it. Good varied tasks, measures you against your age group and the world and then helps you improve:

There was/is a three part series called hack my brain that showed improvements that can be made in memory and other thought processes including art through doing random tasks (well not random - targeted for that aspect). Worth a watch, might be on ted if not the usual places.

Let me know what you think - obviously the guy has a lot of time on his hands to do the exercises (being the owner of a company) which would be nice and trying to combine all three, also do you need to keep up the exercises? Obviously the mind does recognise patterns (there's an interesting phenomenon where people will see different numbers/letters in different colours or have two other senses mix like tasting music called synesthesia )which used more frequently will become easier and slowly lost if not used.
