I'm hosting a birthday BBQ and the ribs are in the weber smokey mountain .. Should be ready around 16:30. Mmmmm!

Cooking away. Got a pitmaster device hooked up which keeps it at a specific temperature.
Threw in a chunk of oak and cherry wood for the smoke.
