Cable cover for wall?

I've wall mounted my television and for the time being have left the wires revealed.

We're in a rented flat at the moment so channelling into the brick wall to hide the wires isn't an option.

There are some cable covers on eBay but all seem very expensive, something of low value that would tidy it up a bit would do - is there somewhere I could source some cheap wall cable covers?

Hi, what I would do is buy a wall mounted stand for your STB and DVD and whatever else you have. The ones with a center column in which you can hide the cables.
