Unlock

I've just bought an iPhone 4 for my son off eBay.
It's not arrived yet but I've spoke to the bloke selling it and although it was advertised as unlocked I don't think it will be (he upgraded it to a 4s on O2 from a personal contract to a business contract but didn't ask to unlock the 4)
My son is on orange. What's the best way of getting this unlocked?

Either get the original owner to do it for you

or get a 02 payg sim and stick £15 of credit on it then fill out this form
