Help MOT / Welding / Prescribed Area Section

I know fa about welding, and have never welded or paid any attention to any welding jobs in my life.

Got questions about the pic below - basically I'm wondering what does and doesn't need to be done for mot, but I also want to know the importance of each as well. (Don't worry, I'm not thinking about trying to weld it myself). My understanding is that rust is no problem unless on a prescribed zone, but as mentioned above, I don't know much about this.

The red section - there was a plate originally there that had rusted through. Is this important to the stuctural rigidity of the car and is is a prescribed zone?

Same goes for the blue boxes.

The green box - I'm pretty sure sills are a prescribed area, but once the wing is refitted, these holes will be totally invisible. How important is this to the stuctural rigidity of the car?

When I was testing any corrosion within a foot of a prescribed area is a fail, suspension/brake/seatbelt, other areas depended on vehicle structure.

So is the red a problem as it's near a union? or are the blue also a problem as I think the rear brake pipes may run just behind these? And the green, would you be concerned - would it make much of a difference if the car was to take a hit or can I seal, cover and forget?

Needs to be done or it will rot

Easy in so far as they are accessible

Basically cut away old rot and plate it

The large hole may be trickier if the pipes behind it are fuel, brakes, electrical, etc...

Shouldnt cost much at all imo

    Thanks to Zippeyrude

Is the red corrosion? looks more like an access hole, the big blue looks like a fail, the small maybe not, pipes running behind make no difference, it has to be a mounting point, the green, if you can't see it you can't fail it.
As for the strength, it'll make little or no difference in my opinion.

    Cheers for the input fellas

The red is a strange one - it does look like an access panel but it is pointless as there is nothing to access - there was originally a plate just like the bit to it's right but the plate had pretty much totally rotted away but left the rest all perfectly intact..

I'm thinking for my piece of mind I may as well get it all welded up proper. I'm thinking to make life easy I may get sections cut out of a car in a breakers if they aren't corroded as these will already be bent in the right shapes.
