Hey Peeps!

Any you guy's playing this at the moment? If you aren't I strongly advise you to give it a go. The game is basically surviving a Zombie Apocalypse on a fictional 225 2km island. You need to scavenge for food, water, medical supplies and weapons. It's highly addictive! The other thing is that when you die. You Die! you loose everything and have to start again.

I keep hearing good things about this, but just can't be bothered buying arma 2 to play it, i'll wait until it's a bit further into dev and out of alpha and see if i can pickup arma2 cheap off eBay.

You can pick up Arma2 Combined Operations for £15 from Bohemia store mate, you need both Arma2 and Operation Arrowhead to play DayZ. Luckily Arma2 Combined operations has them both. Well worth £15 mate.

Yeah, its current version is a little rough round the edges, but for an Alpha its a pretty decent game and alot of fun. The developer of the MOD is looking to release the game as a stand alone title when Arma3 is released.

Yeah mate 1.7.2 update went live yesterday and had some bugs in it..............so what do people do? spam the server lol the guy's on twitter, hotfix release later mate should be up soon

have to say i have been gaming for 25 years + (fuk!!!) and in all that time, nothing has given me some of the experiences i have had in dayz , moments that myself and the guys i been playing with will remember for ever,

its rough round the edges the iventory is hard to use untill u get used to it, but that actually adds to the appeal , it has a steep learning curve that will frustrate but its worth every drop of sweat for a great experience,

just purchased a server, so anyone playing is welcome

I used to just set it up on my PC mate, turn it on when I was on and turn it off when I wasnt all good .

Looking forward to stand alone mate

I had a quick go at the weekend, crawled to a building, broke my leg then got eaten by a zombie. Looks like a blast playing as a squad.

I run a TS server but I not going to post the addy in an open forum. Hopefully we can get some kind of squad/clan going.
