Due to various reasons, I've ended up posting various shite on here when pissed late at night.

This reminded me of a car forum I was on a while back where peeps would actulally plan to get their six pack in on a fri/sat then sit at the forum and we had great jokes.

I know we had something similar a while ago of df that was never really used, but I'm wondering with the whole credit crunch/stay at home vibe whether this may be the time to try and kick it off again?

I was just about to post last night (while pissed) and say fuck it lets give it a shot, when my server died killing my internet. I probably won't be on DF much for next few days as I've got to get my server and the numerous vm's sorted again but I am up for this as it could be a laugh.

First serious thoughts - I reckon it would be worth excluding it from new posts like some subforums already are, and may be an idea to relax the rule on pointless posts sometimes considered as spamming the forum otherwise there won't be much to post in there (although no advert type spamming obviously).

I also think members should enter the section same as they would enter the pub to meet a few mates, have a drink or 3 and bounce some ideas and banter around the room....draw the line at the point you would if you were face to face with your mates.
