Hi all, I have an Azuradisc 1600 CD/DVD repair machine at my shop, had it a couple years or so now. This machine here: http://azuradisc.com/site/support/model1600.html
The machine got clogged up as it does over time due to the polish and water getting stuck in the pipe. On route home my dad had to brake sharply and the machine fell over.
Now it seems like the motor has been dislodged inside, when starting the repair process a really loud grinding noise can be heard and the machine stops after a second (it should stay on for 30 seconds or so). I emailed the company who sell them in the UK and they want it in for repair. Trouble is I think this will costs £100's, and it's probably something simple like the motor being dislodged.
Id like to take a look myself but the only screw type fittings I can see look like allen key screws but these are rounded, not hex. There's plenty of them around the bottom of the unit. I've attached photo's to show the machine and the screws anyway.
Anyone any idea's whats wrong with the machine? Or any idea what to use to open it?
