Can Samsung Galaxy Ace be unlocked ?

Hi, sorry if its already on here but can't find it, can the Samsung Galaxy Ace be unlocked free.

im trying to do the same with a samsung galaxy ace plus but im having no luck, ive just tried the Omnius link provided but its coming up with the following message -- Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Omnius/Omnius_for_SAM.zip on this server.


im no wizz kid or anything but i think that could mean i cant access the site lol

I unlocked my GalaxyS2 with galaxy sim unlock,my phone is rooted,it takes about 10 seconds to do,its on the play store,cant remember if it needs to be rooted or not.
