When i do chest outs i usually do the following in order:-
1) Few press ups to start
2) Bar bell Bench press
3) incline bar bell bench press
4) Free weights flys on bench
5) Pec deck

flat dumbell
dumbell flyes
Mix flyes with cable flyes

I was just doing incorporating bench and dips on the same day within a full body routine. I am designing a new routine at the moment and I think Chest/Tris day will be along the lines of:
Flat bench
Incline dumbell bench
Weighted Dips
Close grip flat bench
(Possibly Skull Crushers, or altenate them each session with C.G. Bench)
