Hi mate,

I have started having problems recently with my webspace and email going down for the domain I have associated with your hosting.

I am wondering if there are problems your end, as it's been a bit hit and miss this last week.
Maybe I have been deleted? Hope not, at least not without warning.

Other than that I've had no problems, but need something reliable really.

The error message is: Error 137 (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Unknown error

Appears the provider we were using for the free hosting had started to become pretty shaky and there wasn't a real take up of the service.

We've now launched a paid service with our own hardware etc. based out of the Rapidswitch maidenhead location. Its still really cheap at a fiver a year.

Same here mate and although I would get confirmation first he has told me it will all be done automatically and I just have to change my nameservers once the move is complete.

Then they will send me the invoice to pay.
