Help My HDMI Map for AV setup, advice please

Hi, currently in the planning of my new lounge setup which will incorporate a false chimney breast to house my TV rather than on a stand in the corner.

The room itself is quite long and narrow as the wall between lounge and dining room was knocked through with the TV at one end on a side wall and my PC at the other end with the PC screen on the same wall. Between the two screens is a unit that will house all my AV gear and consoles etc. What I would like to do it send the picture from my SKY HD box, Skybox F3 (to be bought) and Xbox 360 to both screens, so for example when the missus is watching Holby City or some other crap I can happily vacate to the other end of the room to enjoy the footy or some gaming, same for the kids.

Below is my HDMI map, was looking for some advice as to if this is possible really? it looks feasible in my eyes but perhaps I have forgotten something or there is a simpler option, many thanks
