My young lads 3ds stopped working black screens I have to send it back to Nintendo as still under warranty he was using an r4 for months would they be able to see that he was using it and refuse to repair it under a breach of warranty?

No. Don't worry. Can't you take it back from where you bought it from ? Would be a bit quicker.

I got it from little woods they said it has to go to nintendo as there is only 1 month left of the warranty

the repair centre sent back the ds with a new motherboard and another 12months warranty
cant be to bad to that
